Suggestions
When looking for Staff
1. If you are looking for an admin or other staff for your site, dont be too picky. People who post are trying to help you, let them. Get to know them a little first, and dont let them know you are waiting them.
2. Have the person that wants to help you, make an account on your site first, and watch them, see how they do with out powers. Do they follow the rules? Do they suggest to others to follow the rules? These are some things to look for.
3. Dont just let anyone be an admin on your site, with unlimited powers. It will turn out bad most likely for you in the long run.
4. Dont have over staff, your other members that arnt staff dont want to be watched all the time, give them a little privacy.
When looking for a job
1. Dont continuly annoy admins, chances are they wont give you the job.
2. If you get the job, dont get a big head, or be too strict. That power can be taken away just as easily as it was given.
3. Dont do anything the admin tells you not to do. Again your powers can be taken away.
4. If you do something wrong with a code or something of the sort, fix it. Other wise you may get in LOADS of trouble with the admin, and other member may be mad at you as well for messing up their favorite site.
